General Questions

How can I get a quote?

Simply contact us or make an appointment to book a cleaning. When you provide information about your house or business after submitting your inquiry we will provide a quote. However, there will be times where we will need to visit the property depending on the service.

What areas around Atlanta do you service?

We service Cobb, Cherokee, Bartow, Paulding, North Douglas, West Gwinnett, and North Fulton counties.

Does someone have to visit my house or business before I can book a cleaning?

Yes and no. We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house so we would never do that to you. However, for a business, we may need to come out for an inspection.

Depending on the extent of service for a residential cleaning that is being requested, we may also have to visit the home. For the most part, you can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.

Are cleaning supplies included?

It’s All About Caret supplies everything needed to perform the cleaning services needing to be done.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation.

Are cleaning company employees screened?

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential and business cleaning to work with us.

Scheduling Questions

Can I get same-day booking?

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

Do I have to be home or at my place of business for cleaning?

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home or no one is going to present at your place of business, make sure you let us know how to access your house or business by providing the information to us.

Will you arrive at the exact time that I booked?

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where we will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

When am I charged for the service?

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Your invoice will reflect the amount of the service provided. You can pay by check, or debit/credit card using PayPal.

Are there any commitments of contracts?

Yes and no, for residential cleaning services, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.

However, for businesses, we usually set-up a contract.
